Short description of the project
The realization of this project will procure new hardware equipment for the purpose of improving the company’s production process. The project included the following activities:
Procurement of ICT business solutions intended to optimize business processes in the company,
1. Project management,
2. Promotion and visibility.
Objectives and expected results of the project
The overall objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the company through:
optimization and improvement of 8 business processes through shortening production time and increasing employee efficiency;
1. improving customer interaction;
2. improving the market position of the enterprise as a result of the increase in production capacity due to increased efficiency and optimization.
The sustainability of the results after the completion of the project will be realized through several different aspects:
1. financial sustainability;
2. software maintenance and its future upgrade;
3. commercial viability;
4. marketing activities.
Total value of the project and amount co-financed by the EU (in HRK)
1. The total value of the project is HRK 251,212.94
2. Total project value (eligible costs) HRK 200,970.35
3. EU share in project financing amounts to HRK 110,332.72
