Lighting is one of the key elements of interior design, and properly placed lighting can transform the space and create the desired atmosphere.
When it comes to catering facilities, lighting has a special significance because it can improve the experience of guests and highlight the unique characteristics of the space.
The recently opened Lemon Market brought a pleasant refreshment to the Zagreb catering scene. Architect Lana Trobentar Šimunić, from the Lunixar architectural office, paid attention to every detail of the building, including lighting fixtures, made in cooperation with Corda Lighitng.

One of the key aspects of the Corda project is a deep understanding of the space for which lighting is made. Architect Lana Trobentar Šimunić thoroughly studied the idea of Lemon Market in order to understand its unique characteristics, aesthetics, and ambience. Based on this knowledge, she developed a creative idea that aligned with the object’s identity and the owner’s expectations. On the other hand, the Corda project, in collaboration with the architect mentioned above, made customized and unique lighting solutions that fit perfectly into Lemon.
Thus, BIBA lighting fixtures are placed in the facility, which is placed above the bar, and Flower and Snowball hanging, which are located in the guest area.

High-quality materials and the latest technology were used to achieve the desired effect. Lighting fixtures are designed with an emphasis on aesthetics, functionality, and energy efficiency.
One of the key objectives of the Corda project was to create an appropriate atmosphere in Lemon through lighting. Each part of the space is carefully lit to achieve the desired atmosphere, whether it is a more intense lighting of the bar or a warmer ambience in the sitting area. The lighting fixtures were also aligned with the décor, color,s and style of the building, which further emphasized the aesthetics of the space.
